ICRN Summit 2026: Key Information and Updates

The ICRN Summit will take place from 5–7 July 2026 at the FernUniversität Campus Centre in Karlsruhe, Germany, in a hybrid format, as a post-conference meeting of the EASP General Meeting.

The core ICRN programme will run from Sunday afternoon, 2.30 pm, to Monday afternoon, 4.00 pm, with online participation options available for most sessions. As a reminder, there is no conference fee for attending the ICRN Summit. Further logistical details will follow soon.

Given the high number and strong quality of submissions this year, we have adopted a slightly revised presentation structure. All accepted contributions, irrespective of track, will be allocated 8 minutes in total, consisting of a 5-minute presentation, as well as roughly 3 minutes for questions and discussion. We hope this format will allow us to include a wide range of exciting work while still fostering discussion and exchange.

A draft schedule will be shared in due course. Please note that final session timings may be subject to minor adjustments depending on registration numbers and thematic grouping.
